Dehydration causes 75% of all Hunger pangs

Around 60% of our body is water and even a mild dehydration is often masked as a feeling of hunger, whereas all the body needs is some water…

Dehydration, not food hunger, causes 75% of hunger pangs and this dehydration triggered eating can cause up to 5 kg weight gain naturally, over time.

How do I know it is water and not food that is causing this hunger? Just drink a big glass of water when you “feel” hungry. Wait for 15 minutes… Check if you are still hungry. You have your answer…

Researchers and experts estimate that over the course of an year, a person who increases his water consumption by around a liter a day would burn an extra 17,400 calories, triggering a weight loss of approximately three kilos as 40% of the increase in calorie burning is caused by the body’s attempt to process the ingested water.
