How to prepare Chironji Nuts Burfi?
Take 100 gm of almonds andsoak them for 5-6 hours.
Grind the soaked almonds into a paste.
Chop chironji seeds and 100 gm cashew very finely and slightly fry them in ghee.
Take 2tps desi ghee in a wide bottom pan. Pour the almond paste in the pan and roast it till the water dries up completely.
Add 100 gm pistachio into the roasted almond mixture and roast it till a nice aroma arises.
Add chironji, cashew, and elaichi powder.
Take 250 gm of sugar and prepare sugar syrup of 2 thread consistency. Let the syrup cool. Add dry fruits mix into it and make barfi of the desired shape.
