Make Nature walks a routine
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, there is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar,
I love not man the less, but Nature more.
The early 19th century English poet George Byron was never short of words while describing serenity and nature.
Even for a man of 21st century, trailed by undue stress and anxiety, a walk in the woods could be the best option to bring tranquility back into his life.
Regular commune with nature slows down the pace of life, reverses the debilitating side-effects of stress and tension and makes one at peace with himself. Moreover, walking is said to be one of the simplest and effective ways to exercise our bodies too.
