Why do things repeat? Common errors in thinking

Do you feel your life is nothing but a spinning wheel stuck in the mud?

Sift thought your thoughts and how you think. Keep what makes sense, discard what doesn’t. Sounds simple… Actually it is not!

A THOUGHT can architect a DESTINY

Sow a thought reap an action.
Sow an action reap a habit.
Sow a habit reap a character.
Sow a character reap a destiny.

If the mind dwells continuously upon one train of thought, a groove is formed into which the thought force runs automatically.

Mind is the creator and how we deal with the thoughts is created through the mind. Mind is nothing but these thoughts put together.

Watch the thoughts as thoughts and only thoughts; rational or irrational, real or imaginary, they carve your actions and destiny. A thought, good or bad, gives rise to vibrations in the mental plain, which travels far and wide, affecting and influencing whoever comes in contact with these thought waves.

Thoughts are like the light of a candle, which similarly gives rise to waves of ethereal vibrations, traveling in all directions from the candle.

Things and Thoughts repeat to me…

By learning and acceptance of thoughts one can get a better explanation on why most of they can linger on despite the fact that the trigger has long gone. It will also give you more power in trying to reverse its effect such that no long lasting damaging manifestation takes place.

Why should you think through your thoughts..?

It has been well documented that more than 90% of our ailments are partly thoughts triggered psychosomatic illnesses AND in a day a brain processes around 70000 random thoughts, good or bad.

A thought has tremendous power…

Thought can heal through suggestions and prompts; thoughts can influence & transform the mentality of a person. A wrong thought binds whereas a right thought liberates.

Know the thought patterns to manage the thoughts…

Yogis of lore, understanding the working of the mind and its play, suggested an old tantric tradition of thought management fasting. Fasting is not about ‘suppression, deflection and avoidance’ but ‘ flowing and mastering’ these thoughts, step by step.
