Mind is the creator and how we deal with the thoughts is created through the mind. Mind is nothing but these thoughts put together.
Watch the thoughts as thoughts and only thoughts; rational or irrational, real or imaginary, they carve your actions and destiny. A thought, good or bad, gives rise to vibrations in the mental plain, which travels far and wide, affecting and influencing whoever comes in contact with these thought waves.
Thoughts are like the light of a candle, which similarly gives rise to waves of ethereal vibrations, traveling in all directions from the candle.
Things and Thoughts repeat to me…
By learning and acceptance of thoughts one can get a better explanation on why most of they can linger on despite the fact that the trigger has long gone. It will also give you more power in trying to reverse its effect such that no long lasting damaging manifestation takes place.
